TRAY Fuji-Geisha-Buda-Nude!This wonderful old oriental
tray is a true work of craftsmanship and
quite striking to look at. Heavy chromed
metal with cinnabar colored backdrop. Rim
and handles are embellished with dragons.
Center area has intricate flowers along with
cameos of Japanese scenes. A giesha with
parasol, a pagoda, a nude female musician, a
buda like statue, Mt Fuji, etc. Slightly
curved design. 12-1/2" in length, 7" width,
1" depth. Quality made, weight - 2 lbs. Tray
is in very nice condition with no breaks,
cracks or major damage. Lite signs of age,

American Barn Plates Franciscan Porcelain
Harris Hien. Fabulous complete set of 12
vintage collector plates by the artist Harris
Hien. Collection is titled "The Vanishing
American Barn", and was released in the year
1983. It was a Limited Edition World Premier
Issue Collectors Series by Franciscan China,
and was an exclusive issue of the Historic
Providence Mint. Each plate is rimmed
in gold and feature a unique and interesting
barn type. The set of twelve
includes: the "Log Barn", "Lancaster
Barn", "Hudson River Barn", "New England
Barn", "Round Barn", "Bucks County Barn",
"Southern Tobacco Barn", "Victorian Barn",
"Appalachian Barn", "Connected Barn" "Thatched
Roof" and "Forebay Barn". Plates are 8.5" dia.
The set is in excellent condition, each plate
comes in its original box. Boxes show some
signs of age, storage, shipping, and opening
wear. The attention to detail and vibrant
depiction of each make this set a great gift

MOP Gold in Case! Elegant antique dip pen
fresh from an estate. It features a
beautiful mother of pearl staff with a
gold/gold filled? (tested 10K) engine-turned
section and a Waterman's Ideal #2 nib. Pen
comes in its original two piece case. Pen
body, staff is in very nice condition with
no chips or cracks or damage. The nib is
marked " Waterman's Ideal New York 2". The
tip of the nib is a bit missshapened/dinged,
not sure if this will effect its use? Pen
has not been cleaned and comes as found in
its case. Case has protected the pen well
over the years, its still sturdy, intact. It
does show some rub wear to the exterior and
the ribbon holder that the pen slides under

Cabbage Snuff Bottle! This is an unusual
vintage Peking glass figural Chinese snuff
bottle from a fine estate. Its has four
imperial green lucky cabbage leaves applied
over lighter green then to white glass body.
Pale yellow cap with raised beads, with cork
stopper and attached plastic type spoon. 3"
long, 1-1/8" across. It comes with its
original fitted fabric lined box. Circa

JAPAN Rare. This is an amazing set of
vintage 1940's salt and pepper shakers from an
estate. Seldom seen, hard to find and highly
collectible! Each shaker is a realistic,
colorful slice of watermelon with a large
grasshopper on the one side and a flower on
the other. Each measures, 3" W x 2-1/2" T x
1-1/2" D. They are complete with corks and
have the old green "Japan" ink stamp mark. One
shaker has the "Souvenir of Flora, Illinois"
gift shop label. The shakers are in remarkable
condition with no damage or repairs. No chips,
chiggers, cracks, or repairs. A stunning set

Vintage Briar Wood Italian Chunky Set on the
Table Pipe w/Hose Burl Estate! Amazing old
"table pipe" from an estate. Marked "Table
Pipe" and "Imported Briar, Italy". Good deep
bowl, 1-1/8", with a 7/8" dia. 26" long
cloth covered hose. Never seen anything like
it? It measures approx. 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" x
2-3/4". Nice graining on top and paw tracks
on each side of the bowl. Gorgeous natural
tree trunk style briar wood. Bowl appears to
have only been lightly used. It is in good
condition overall with only lite signs of
age/use/storage. Close inspection shows a
couple of flakes to the wood edges. The
cloth covered hose is loose and comes out of
the base stem, and will need to be resealed.

Dip Miniature Shell Spoon Beautiful ornate solid sterling silver
salt spoon. Quality craftsmanship. Shell
shaped bowl, art nouveau plumes adorn the
full handle, front and back. Simply marked
"Sterling". A little over 2" in length.
Original patina, no damage. A rare find in
an antique salt dip spoon. 2.5 gram weight.

Rare Face w/ BIG MOUTH
& HANDs Antique Cigar Ashtray Brass
Figural Ash Receptor! This is an unusual
antique figural cigar ash receptor from an
estate. Circa 1890's-1920's.
Designed by Alfred Flauder, and produced at
the Weidlich Bros. Foundry, that was located
in Bridgeport Connecticut. Face of an
old man with his mouth wide open and a hand
raised, the other hand is still tucked along
the end. Heavy curled eyebrows, chubby
cheeks appears to be wearing a hat. Heavy
solid brass, all original. No foundry
markings. It measures 4-3/4" long, 3-1/2"
wide and approx. 1-1/4" tall overall. He's
in pretty good condition with no damage or
repairs. He retains his original pattina,
and has not been cleaned or polished.
Authentic, rarely seen, a premium addition
to any collection.
Old Antique Chinese
Carved Figurine Sculpture Soapstone Shoushan
Shou Lau Dragon! Nice old Chinese Carved
Shoushan/Soapstone figure of Shou Lao, the
Taoist god of Long Life and Good Luck. He is
holding the dragon topped staff and the peach.
There are symbols down the front of his robe
that do not show up well in the pictures. It
measures 8-1/4" in height. It is in very nice
condition with no chips, breaks or repairs.
Quality carved. Late 19th early 20th century.
Fresh from a fine old estate and in need of a
antique Saloon Bar Rat Bowling Art Deco
Cigar Ashtray. Early; circa 1890's antique
cigar ashtray from a bowling saloon.
Features an alley scene in the center with
handlebar moustached men playing the game.
Tankard and key on bottom edge and a full
bodied rat, top center. Art deco influence
with its leaves and cones accents around the
edge. 6-3/4" x 5-3/4" x 1". Two wide cigar
rests on the bottom corners. Heavy, solid
brass, weighing in at 1-1/8 lb. No foundry
mark, just the number 381 impressed in the
back. It is in very nice, original
condition. No chips, cracks or repairs. It
retains is original bronzed pattina.
WWII Australian Commonwealth
Military Trench Shell Art! Outstanding
all brass piece of vintage trench/shell art.
Large brass shell marked, 25Pr II, R.L., Lot
182, N.E., 1938, No I II HC /41, and smaller
letters and numbers. Long narrow empty shell is
attached in the middle with cigarette rests on
the front rim. Embossed "Australia" on the front
and an sunray with crown, Australian
Commonwealth Military Forces emblem on the back.
It measures about 6" tall overall, 4" across the
main shell, 4-5/8" tall on the curved back. Nice
condition overall. Center shell has a dent on
the back side and the casing has a split on the
side from its original used state.

English woman working her spinning wheel with
black cat watching. The painting is quite
primitive in its style and execution. Similar
in works to the designer Lucien Besche, or
Copeland. It is a 6" tile. Dates to around the
1870's. Marked on the back "Minton' Hollins'
& Co.' Patent Tile Works, Stoke on Trent
2". There is also a marked A.S. in one square,
a small MS in another and the number 1882. Do
not know if these are artist, designer or date
marks? Bottom corner square also has an
embossed W with a line through it. Tile is in
very good condition considering it age. There
is some small chips, flakes to the edges and
some crazing to the glaze all consistent with
age. The painting is still intact and the
coloring is still vibrant and prominent with
no fading. Its a piece that one would expect
to see in a museum, and one that deserves to
be framed up and display for the next 140

young boy and girl hugging each other, setting
on a fence with the sunflower, sheepdog
nearby. Books are hanging by their strap on
the fence. The painting is quite primitive in
its style and execution. Similar to Copeland's
work in the "Children Series" he designed. It
is a 6" tile. Dates to around the 1870's.
Marked on the back "Minton' Hollins' &
Co.' Patent Tile Works, Stoke on Trent 2.
There is also a S. signed in one of the open
boxes. Tile is in very good condition
considering it age. There is some small chips,
flakes to the edges and some rubs and scuffs
to the glaze, all consistant with age. The
painting is still intact but has rubs and
scratch lines. Still clearly visible and
prominent enough that it still displays
nicely. Take a look. Its a piece that one
would expect to see in a museum, and one that
deserves to be framed up and display for the
next 140 years. Its very rare, not many of
these still around, and the unique
hand-painted scenes such as this one, are
MATCHLESS WONDER STAR Antique
1930s CHRISTMAS Tree Light
Bulbs PAT PEND w/Box
This is a set of 12 antique
Christmas lights as found in an
estate. There is a variety inside the
box and two extra, but this is just
how they were found. There is seven
Matchless Stars, four Krystal Stars,
and one Nippon. The Matchless Stars
are marked "Matchless, Made in USA,
Pat Pending". The Krystal Stars are
marked "Patented in Japan, USA, Patent
Pending". The single dark one is
marked " Pat. Granted USA, 2031642 ,
Nippon". Cut glass, metal,various
colors. Assuming at least a couple of
them come with the box (my guess is
four from the simularities between the
illustrations on the box and the
actual lamps). The box says " Kristal
Star Lamps". 15 volt. colors assorted.
"U.S.A. Patent Pending, Japan Pat. No
196650 and others". I have no way to
test these, 15 volt? assuming as old
as these are that they may not work
still, but it looks like they could be
took apart and the bulbs replaced in
them if need be. I have to draw your
attention to the black looking one. It
is actually amethyst, I've never seen
on quite like it. They all seem a
little dusty and are in need of
cleaning. They all appear to be in
very nice condition with no chips,
chiggers or cracks. The metal parts
have toning. The glitter finish on the
ones is a bit dusty. Each is complete.
The box is complete with insert. The
lid has two split corners a hole poked
in the top. It has yellowed with age.
The box measures 11" x 5" x 1-1/4".
Largest lamps are are 2-1/2" across.
The amethyst one is 1-3/4" across. The
other ones are about 1-7/8" across.
Please note pictures do not
show two of the Matchless Stars,
one is red and clear glass the other
is green and red glass. Don't
miss out on these rare lamps, they are
all great candidates for restoration.
Robert Raikes 21" Jointed
Bear Original 1987 Signed MELODY Limited ED
w/Box COA! Meet "Mrs Melody". She's a real
vintage treasure from an estate and is need of
a new loving home. She was a limited edition
teddy bear created by Robert Raikes, and was
part of the Americana Collection for Spring of
1987, designed in Mt. Shasta, produced by
Applause. Check out her pretty wood sculpted
face, she is truely a work of art! She stands
21" in height, has jointed limbs and neck. She
comes with her hang tag and certificate of
authenticity showing she was #4554 of 7500.
Miss Melody is dressed for spring with her
pretty flowered dress w/net underskirt for
fullness, accented with a blue ribbon w/
single blue flower, and white, wide brimmed,
straw-like hat thats accented with a matching
blue ribbon. White panties. She is hand signed
in marker "Robert Raikes" on one wood paw pad
and engraved with "Robert Raikes, #4554/7500"
on the other wood paw pad. She comes with her
original box. I don't have her history, but
she appears to be in very nice condition
still. I believe she had a parasol originally
but this was not found with her. She has been
stored properly and has no odor. Her hat and
ribbons are a little missshapened from her
being stored in her box over the years. There
is a tiny stain or spot on her dress near the
one sleeve? The box has lite storage wear, a
bit buckled on the one side from the fullness
of the bear when placed inside. Box has no
tears and is complete and intact. Quality
made, highly collectible a friend for many
Vanity Dresser Box w/Civil War Soldier.
Late 19th c dresser box with an image of a
soldier, setting on the porch talking with his
mother and grandmother. 7-1/2" x 6-1/2"
x 3". Box is complete. Cloth lining has
discolored some with age. The celluloid cover
is very nice still with only lite signs of
age. The paper cover on the sides has
darkened and discolored. Bottom has rub wear
to the paper covering. Hard to belive its
survived the years this well.
Webster Vintage Sterling Silver Baby
Rattle Bell Teething Ring Child Nursery!
This is a wonderful antique Sterling
Silver Baby rattle with teething ring from
a fine estate. It was produced by the
George K.Webster Silver Co. of
Massachusetts.Circa 1930's. It comes in
its original box. Its was called " A Tiny
Tot Treasure". The sterling bell is marked
with the Webster Co. hallmark, a "W" with
a feathered arrow flying through its
center and the word "Sterling". It was
never engraved. It has the mother of pearl
colored lucite like teething ring,
sterling band and bell shaped rattle. The
bell still rattles nicely. This piece is
in very nice condition still overall with
no chips, cracks, or repairs. The bell has
a lite dent on each side, bottom corner,
and has some tarnishing and could use a
good cleaning with silver cleaner. The
sterling bell measures approx. 1-1/4" x 1"
and the ring measures 1-3/4" across. The
box is intact, in good condition with some
rub wear. Considered "luxurious" in its
time, because of its makers craftsmanship,
this victorian baby rattle teething ring
is a great addition to a collection or a
fine gift for that "well-to-do" baby!
old late1800's hand mirror. Quite unique,
strong arts & crafts influence. Solid
brass handle and frame with what appears to be
tooled copper back. Grapes and leaves pattern
with a hammered background. Beveled mirror.
All original. Measures 9" tall overall
(including handle) 6-1/2" across. 3/8" thick.
It is in very nice condition overall. There is
no chips or cracks to the mirror, it is still
very clear and usable although there is a few
wisps of whitish ghost-like strands in the
mirror. There is a small dent on the rim. The
metal has darkened pattina and the brass has
worn from age and use and has some bumps and
dings. Take a look its an amazing example from
the arts & crafts movement that would be a
nice addition to you vanity or collection.
